the breakfast was acceptable.

the room was not as expected. i found the curtains in my room were damaged and did not close properly. also, the shower screen leaked water every time i used it.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room castle view. the room included a minibar stocked with soft drinks and snacks. the bathroom had two separate sinks. the wardrobe provided ample space for clothing.

the gym was quite small and lacked some equipment.

The location was superb. The breakfast had a very good selection of food. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient (they all had excellent English!).

The hotel pictures looked better than reality. I saw old carpets and holes in walls. The bathrooms seemed outdated to me.

Wonderful City Stay

spacious room decent size pool

The room was spacious and clean. I had a river view that was so nice! Breakfast included fresh fruit and omelettes. The staff were helpful, especially with directions. I also enjoyed the wellness center. The pool was a decent size.

The music in the bar was loud. It was difficult to have conversations! The elevator was also slow. I spent time waiting for it.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

The beds were indeed super comfy I appreciated it a lot. The wellness center has a big pool it was great! The staff were very kind and helpful to everyone. I even received free Prosecco for Valentine's Day. How lovely!
